Ceremony and reception, one room, one wedding
The hall is booked to one wedding at a time. Nobody is queued behind you, and nobody is setting up in the next room while you say your vows.
The day, in one place
No moving your guests across town
Ceremony and reception happen in the same room. Guests arrive once, park once, and stay put while the floor is turned around them — which is the difference between a schedule that holds and a schedule that slips by forty minutes.
Because the building takes one party at a time, your planner is not sharing a loading bay or a lobby with someone else's event. Where the calendar allows it, that also means setup access the day before rather than a frantic morning.
Tell us the traditions your family keeps — a nikah, a mandap, a tea ceremony, a first look in the corner with the good light — and we build the day around them. Catering, decor, the DJ and the dance floor are arranged together, so you are planning one wedding rather than managing five suppliers.

How a wedding booking runs
From the first message to the last dance
You send the date
Tell us the date you are holding and roughly how many people. That is enough to start.
We check the calendar first
The date is checked against the real calendar before anyone replies, so an available date is an available date.
You walk the room
See the hall itself, work out where the ceremony sits and where dinner sits, and bring your planner if you have one.
One coordinator holds it
The person who answered your first message is the person in the building on the day.
