Corporate events
A presentation by day,a dinner by evening
Offsites, award nights, kick-offs, and holiday parties — held in one room that changes shape between sessions instead of sending everyone to a second venue.
What this room does
The three things you will ask first
Layouts
Theatre, cabaret, or banquet in the same room, turned around between a morning of talks and an evening of dinner.
AV and load-in
Load-in access for AV and staging, with no second event’s teardown queued in front of your crew.
Booking and invoicing
One coordinator handles the date, the paperwork, and the day itself. No chasing three departments for a confirmation.
One room, two programmes
The floor turns between sessions
The hall takes theatre, cabaret, or banquet configurations, so a morning of talks and an evening of dinner and awards do not need two bookings in two buildings. The room is turned around during the break rather than after everyone has left.
Load-in access is there for AV and staging, so a production crew can build in the morning instead of negotiating for a lift. Because the building runs one event at a time, that crew is not waiting on somebody else's teardown.
The paperwork side is deliberately boring: one coordinator, one point of contact, and invoicing handled by that same person. Nobody on your team has to chase three departments to find out whether the date is confirmed.

How a corporate booking runs
Straightforward, and answerable
Send the brief
The date, the headcount, and the shape of the day — talks, dinner, awards, or all three.
The date is verified
We check the calendar before replying. No provisional holds that quietly evaporate.
Agree the layout
Theatre, cabaret, or banquet — and where the turnaround falls in your run of show.
One contact, one invoice
The same coordinator handles the paperwork and is in the building on the day.
