The hall dressed for a celebration dinner

Catering

Tell us your vision, leave the rest to us

The kitchen is ours. One team holds the room, the menu, and the day — so there is nobody for you to coordinate.

The kitchen

Cooked to your table, not a house menu

Catering is ours, not a vendor you have to find. Tell us who is coming and what they eat, and the kitchen is planned around that — the same team that holds your date holds the menu.

Most of what we cook is not on a fixed list. Families bring the dish their grandmother made and we cook to it; the cuisines below are where we start, not the limit.

What we cook

The cuisines we cater

Indian & South Asian

North and South Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan menus, cooked for the spice level your family actually eats rather than a toned-down banquet version.

Persian & Afghan

Kabab, rice and stew menus built for long celebrations, including the tea and sweet service an evening is expected to end with.

Middle Eastern & Mediterranean

Lebanese, Turkish, Greek and Levantine spreads — mezze through to grills, served as stations or to the table.

Mexican & Latin American

Mexican, Salvadoran and wider Latin American menus, from taquiza-style stations to plated dinners.

Filipino & Pacific

Filipino celebration food for debuts, christenings and family milestones, including the whole-table sharing formats those occasions expect.

East & Southeast Asian

Chinese banquet service, plus Thai, Vietnamese and Korean menus — including multi-course formats for a lazy-Susan table.

African & Caribbean

West African, East African and Caribbean menus for weddings, naming ceremonies and community celebrations.

American & Continental

Plated dinners, buffets, working lunches and breakfast service for corporate days, conferences and receptions.

Dietary requirements

Handled as standard

  • Halal preparation on request
  • Vegetarian and vegan menus, not an afterthought plate
  • Jain and no-onion-no-garlic options
  • Allergy and intolerance requirements, taken per guest

Menus and per-head pricing are quoted against your guest count, your cuisine and your service style, so there is no standard price list to publish. Tell us the date and the numbers and you will get a real quote rather than an estimate.
