Sessions, meals, and breaks under one roof
A conference falls apart at the seams — the ten minutes between a session ending and lunch being ready, the scramble when registration has nowhere to sit. Keeping the whole programme in one hall removes most of those seams before they happen.
Early access is there for registration setup, and load-in access is there for AV and staging. Because the building runs one event at a time, your crew is not sharing a door with somebody else's teardown.
On the day you have one contact in the building, not a call centre and not a number that rings out at six. When a session overruns, there is a person to say so to.
